Jannat Toha Viral Video Case: Soon after Bangladeshi Youtuber Jannat Toha made headlines for all the wrong reasons much like Punjab’s Kulhad Pizza Couple, Gurpreet Kaur and Sehaj Arora from Jalandhar, and influencer Karmita Kaur, her internet family created out of 5 million followers found itself divided over the Jannat Toha private MMS leak controversy. So, who is this girl that went global in seconds, but not for her content, instead for a leaked video?
Who Is Jannat Toha?
Toha’s journey as an influencer began at a very young age. She was only 19 when she started sharing her vlogs on the internet in 2018. From her lifestyle, romantic relationships, and fashion to her vacations and more, Toha left nothing when it came to her vlogs and videos. Her vast coverage and friendly interaction with her rapidly growing fan following played a major role in making her one of the most popular names among the Bangladeshi youth. The group that hailed her the most was of the young girls, who found the new face familiar and relatable. Toha also managed to introduce a rich Bangladeshi culture to her followers with her endless visits to rich and posh cafes in Bangladesh. Over time, her small following grew to a massive 5 million, and not just on one social media platform but on many. The name Toha garnered massive attention and subscribers on YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and more. However, the limelight soon shifted to something else and left Toha in a tough spot.
The Controversy:
In October 2023, a video of the influencer surfaced online and instantly went viral. The clip in question was a private video of Toha that was leaked and soon created chaos on social media. Her leaked MMS effortlessly divided her massive fandom as the act drew a whole lot of criticism. Although Toha refused any involvement in the matter, the fire was still too wild to be controlled. While some sided with her and believed her claims of the clip being a fake, others coloured her in the image of someone else that no one ever saw coming as they refused to believe her. Toha on the other hand, is trying to build back her lost name as she continues to stand on her stance on the matter.
